Scavenger hunt: Individuals entering sixth through 12th grades this fall are invited to join in a scavenger hunt at the Avon Branch Library Saturday at 1:30 p.m. See how well you can find your way around the library. Prizes will be awarded to winners. Enjoy pizza and pop after the scavenger hunt. Sign up by calling the library at 934-4743.
Officers installed: New officers for Avon Seniors Inc. were installed at the June 11 meeting. They include Helen Schatschneider, president; Dianne Fischer, vice-president; Susie Cory, recording secretary; Shirley Saunders, corresponding secretary; and Bob Fedor, treasurer.
