Students can access Internet web sites from Avon High or from home. One site to check out is the home page for the Lake Erie Educational Computer Association, better known as LEECA. This web site has links to an excellent magazine index, called InfoSearch. InfoSearch not only locates articles by subject heading or keyword, but will find complete articles in full text to download and print.

By clicking on the letters CISon the LEECA home page, students can reach the Ohio Career Information System to find significant, current information on careers.

Researchers can also check Lorain Public Libraries at the Clevnet web site. They can check out the catalogs for the entire Clevnet system. That means over two million titles in northern Ohio! They can also reserve books from these 23 library systems-- and pick them up at the Avon Public Library.
